S Design Inc. contributed to the construction of a premium Porsche dealership in Markham, Ontario. The project involved a large-scale commercial automotive facility with a modern showroom, expansive glass façade, curved architectural cladding, and high-end exterior finishes designed to reflect the standards of a luxury automotive brand.
Built in collaboration with the project owner and general contractor team, the dealership required precise coordination, strong on-site execution, and attention to both architectural detail and long-term functionality. The result is a refined commercial space that supports daily dealership operations while creating a polished customer-facing environment.
