Description
S Design Inc. contributed to the interior construction and retail fit-out of Zara at Upper Canada Mall in Newmarket, Ontario. The project included staff and back-of-house areas, built-in millwork, storage zones, kitchenette spaces, locker rooms, finishes, lighting, and functional interior details designed to support daily retail operations.
The space was completed with a clean, minimal, and highly functional approach, aligning with the standards expected in large-scale fashion retail environments. From precise interior finishes to practical employee areas and service spaces, the project required strong coordination, attention to detail, and reliable execution within an active commercial setting.
